Frequently Asked Questions

All premium Shopify themes (including ours) come with free support, but this support is limited to answering basic questions and fixing bugs. Theme authors do not include code customization with their support and often will refer you to unknown third-parties to make changes to your theme code. With our premium support plans, you are mainly paying for code customizations, but we also throw in some awesome other perks as well!
No. We will provide support for any Shopify theme available in Shopify's theme store. This includes their free themes, which are often only supported by Shopify Gurus who will not touch the code and know almost nothing about it.
The answer to this is simple: we offer fast, friendly, and reliable support and have a top-class development team at our disposal. We are certified members of the Shopify Experts program. Our themes are best-selling and very highly reviewed. We take pride great pride in our customer support and happiness.
We are typically available for live chat between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM MST (GMT-7), Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.
When you sign up, you enter into an automatic monthly, quarterly, or yearly subscription plan. Your credit card or PayPal account will be charged automatically each month, quarter, or year until you cancel. We ask for a minimum three month committment when signing up, but after that you may cancel at any time by contacting us.
A small custom job is a small tweak to your theme, or any job that takes less than an hour to complete. Examples of this include changing styling on buttons, building or resizing a banner image, or setting up your Facebook Pixel. This is only a small subset of examples.
Yes. For example, if you have a subscription that provides five small tasks per month, you can combine these into one large task that takes no longer than five hours.
We will roll over any tasks you have left from the prior month for up to three months. If they aren't used within three months, they are forfeited.
No, but we do offer theme setup services as a stand-alone product in our store.
